#1 - Chat is now available across all Topside platforms!
You can now access our chat feature whether you're browsing our website, using Online Banking, or utilizing our Mobile App. Not only do many people prefer chat, it is a great option when you need the convenience of getting your questions answered without being tied up on a phone call. If you're chatting with a live agent on our website, you may be asked to log in to Online or Mobile Banking to allow for more in-depth chat conversations with our team. Logging in helps us verify your identity and adds an extra layer of security! The chat will follow you so you won't lose your conversation history.

#2 - We're introducing a 24/7 Member Services Bot named Topper!
Topper has been "hired" to help quickly answer your fast and easy questions, allowing our Member Service Humans more time to have in-depth and meaningful conversations with you. During regular business hours Topper will start your chat and do his best to answer your questions. He's still learning so if he can't help you, or your question requires a human touch, he will transfer you to a live representative. After hours, anything Topper can't help you with will be sent to our team to be reviewed as soon as possible!

#3 - You can browse with the help of a Member Service Representative
That's right, with our new Co-Browsing feature, you can initiate a co-browsing session with one of our Member Service Representatives and they will help you move around our website and find the things you're looking for! This has proven to be much more helpful and effective than trying to explain how to navigate to something over the phone with no visual assistance. Once you have agreed to a co-browsing session with one of our MSRs, you will click the yellow button at the bottom of the website.
P.S. - When in a co-browsing session, our team member can only see the Topside website, any other tabs or programs you have open are not viewable to us.
