Internet & Mobile Security Safeguards

Our safeguards meet or exceed industry standards for Internet & Mobile security.
Our system includes firewalls to keep out unauthorized users, intrusion detection systems and other monitoring tools, anti-virus protection to prevent infection of Topside Federal Credit Union systems by computer viruses and other malicious code, and disaster recovery plans to help ensure system availability and critical data integrity.
If we detect an issue with your mobile device, you will immediately see a security notice and you will not be able to log in to online banking. Please use another device to log in, such as a desktop computer, until your mobile device has been cleared of the virus or malicious code.
Rooted or Jailbroken devices cause security threats to our system and your accounts, therefore, you will not be allowed access to our online banking platform. Jailbroken or Rooted devices allow 3rd party apps that can contain vulnerable or malicious code that can allow the device, along with member's online account information to be compromised.
