Here's a little bit about us.
We've been serving the Fredericksburg and surrounding communities since 1961. Our members and employees are our top priority, they are the owners after all!
It all started in December of 1961 when 8 employees of the Dahlgren naval base applied to establish a federally chartered credit union. On December 18th, our first name was born: N.W.L. Federal Credit Union. In January of 1975, our name was changed to Naval Surface Weapons Center Federal Credit Union, which was eventually shortened to NSWC Federal Credit Union.
Now we're proudly known as Topside Federal Credit Union with over 35k members and 400 million in assets.

Full Time Loan Officer
Join us at our Dahlgren branch where you’ll be responsible for consumer lending and underwriting duties including: underwriting, processing, and coordinating disbursals, working with members, fellow employees, and third-parties, and more.
Part Time Member Service Representative - King George
Join us at our Plaza (King George) branch where you’ll be responsible for processing financial transactions & being a source of information to members in the drive-thru, lobby, window, or by telephone while providing top-notch experiences.
Part Time Member Service Representative - Massaponax
Join us at our Massaponax branch where you’ll be responsible for processing financial transactions & being a source of information to members in the drive-thru, lobby, window, or by telephone while providing top-notch experiences.
Part Time Marketing Outreach Specialist

Part Time Member Services Representative – Contact Center
Join us at our Massaponax office where you’ll be responsible for serving current & potential members by answering questions, resolving problems, maintaining databases, fulfilling requests, and providing info on our full range of products and services.
Part Time Auditor
Join us at our King George office where you'll work with a team to manage accounting functions and assist in review and analysis of reports and other accounting items.
